Job summary

Clickr is seeking a Remote Full-Stack Web Developer who collaborates directly with clients to translate business needs into robust software solutions. You will ship features across frontend and backend, using AI-assisted coding as the default workflow while maintaining high quality and production readiness.

You will engage in discovery calls, translate requirements into technical scope, and work across AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional full-stack development.
• Experience in a client-facing role: consulting, agency delivery, solutions or implementation engineering.
• Proficiency with modern web frameworks: React, Node.js, Next.js; Python is a plus.
• Degree in CS/SE or equivalent experience; bootcamp+portfolio acceptable.
• Some CMS/eCommerce exposure: WordPress, Drupal, Magento.
• Experience integrating systems with REST APIs; GraphQL/webhooks a plus.
• Cloud hosting familiarity: AWS, Kinsta, DigitalOcean.
• Git in a team setting and standard dev workflow.
• Daily use of AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor) in production.
• Solid fundamentals: HTTP, databases, authentication, API design, testing, deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and build solutions for new projects, ongoing builds, maintenance work, and internal tools.
• Implement full-stack features across frontend, backend, APIs, CMS, integrations, and cloud-hosted apps.
• Use AI coding tools as the default workflow for scaffolding, implementation, refactoring, debugging, documentation, and test generation.
• Own edge cases and business rules; ensure correctness of AI-generated code.
• Identify issues in logic, API integrations, performance, accessibility, and security.
• Work directly with clients to understand business pain points and translate into technical scope.
• Collaborate with internal team to preserve client context and decisions.
• Demo work-in-progress to clients and collect early feedback.
• Help build and maintain AI coding workflows and automation.
