SearchApi is seeking a technical writer who codes to benchmark APIs and tools. You will run tests, measure numbers over time, and publish reproducible results that engineers trust. This fully remote role emphasizes honest comparisons and durable, data-backed content.

You will improve docs and content by actually using the product, and you will own benchmarks end-to-end from coding tests to publishing results, with equity and profit sharing as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to produce long-form technical content with code benchmarks.
• Experience benchmarking APIs, tools, or models.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and scripts to analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Write best API comparisons backed by real benchmarks with runnable tests.
• Run estimations over time, re-measure changes, and keep work up to date.
• Test and review tools and no-code/agent ecosystems hands-on.
• Improve docs and product by using them and publishing findings.
