Job summary

TDCX is seeking a detail-oriented professional in Kuala Lumpur to evaluate high volumes of data against evolving standards. You will take on projects with tight deadlines, provide actionable feedback, and ensure confidentiality during investigations.

The role requires strong communication in English and local languages, flexibility across shifts, and the ability to document findings clearly while contributing to continuous quality improvements.

Qualifications

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, in any field.

Preferably, 2 years of work experience in the related field is ideal for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
