Randstad Malaysia seeks a senior client-facing cybersecurity professional to blend pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, and consulting to translate business and technical requirements into secure commercial solutions. You will attend client meetings, deliver technical presentations, and lead RFx responses while supporting international partners and ensuring a smooth handover to delivery teams.

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity consulting, pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical business development.
• Strong expertise in cybersecurity service design, advisory and consulting.
• Proven experience responding to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs.
• Active CREST certification (CRT, CCT Inf, or CCT App).
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Digital Forensics or related field.
• Preferred CEH, CEH Practical or ECSA certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Attend meetings with potential clients to determine technical and business requirements and collate information to produce a solution.
• Conduct technical presentations for potential customers as needed.
• Lead RFx (RFI, RFP, RFQ) responses by mapping client needs to cybersecurity service lines.
• Support international business development and assist overseas partners with technical proposals.
• Interface with internal implementation teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery.

A senior client-facing role combining pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, and cybersecurity consulting to convert business and technical requirements into commercial solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Attending prospective client meetings to gather business and technical requirements and design custom security solutions.

• Conducting technical presentations and building tailored commercial and technical proposals within agreed timeframes.

• Leading RFX (RFI, RFP, RFQ) response processes by mapping client needs directly to cybersecurity service lines.

• Supporting international business development activities and assisting overseas partners and licensees with technical proposals.

• Interfacing with internal implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales sign-off to project delivery.

• Work Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity consulting, pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical business development.

• Core Competencies: Proven expertise in cybersecurity solution design, advisory, and consulting, alongside demonstrated success responding to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs.

• Domain Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of cybersecurity service lines, including VAPT, security assessments, incident response, digital forensics, and security advisory.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional consultancy, technical presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Digital Forensics, or a related technical discipline.

• Mandatory Certification: Active CREST certification (e.g., CRT, CCT Inf, or CCT App).

• Preferred Certifications: Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), CEH Practical, or ECSA.

• Bonus Qualifications: Prior experience in international business development or working directly with overseas partners
