Job summary

Summer Juice Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Van Sales Driver (Ice Cream) to service retail shops and minimarkets across Negeri Sembilan. You will manage daily routes, stock replenishment, and build strong customer relationships while aiming to meet monthly targets.

Basic Salary + Incentives ranges from RM2,500 to RM3,500 monthly. Fresh candidates are welcome; training will be provided to help you succeed and grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Valid GDL driving licence is required.
• SPM or equivalent not mandatory; fresh/entry candidates welcome.
• Physically fit to lift and handle ice cream cartons and stock.
• Willing to travel within Negeri Sembilan and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Sell and distribute ice cream products to retail shops, minimarkets and outlets.
• Load/unload products during daily deliveries and stock replenishment.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Identify new customers to expand sales coverage.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Execute promotions and ensure outlet visibility per guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Collect payments and issue receipts or invoices.
• Maintain accurate daily sales, collection and stock records.
• Follow assigned sales routes and company procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

Job Description

Summer Juice Sdn Bhd is the largest FMCG distribution warehouse in Negeri Sembilan, operating since 1980 and servicing over 2,100 retail outlets.

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Van Sales Driver (Ice Cream) to join our growing team.

As a Van Sales Driver, you will be responsible for selling and distributing F&N Magnolia & King's ice cream products to retail shops and minimarkets across Negeri Sembilan.

This role involves managing daily sales routes, maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring timely stock replenishment, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

Sell and distribute F&N Magnolia & King's ice cream products to retail shops, minimarkets, and other outlets.

Load and unload ice cream products during daily deliveries and stock replenishment.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.

Identify and develop new customers to expand sales coverage.

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Execute promotions, product placement, and outlet visibility according to company guidelines.

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.

Requirements

Possess a valid GDL driving licence (compulsory).

No formal qualification required (SPM leavers are welcome to apply).

Physically fit and able to lift and handle ice cream cartons and stock.

Experience in van sales, FMCG, or distribution is an added advantage.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Honest, responsible, proactive, and motivated to achieve sales targets.

Able to work independently and follow assigned sales routes.

Willing to travel within Negeri Sembilan.

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
