What you need to do
- Promote and sell products in retail stores within the assigned territory (Kuala Lumpur) according to the sales targets and strategies provided by the company (travel by driving van).
- Maintain and enhance business relationships with retail stores, including regular visits, product training, and sales support.
- Manage daily sales activities and customer interactions to achieve sales targets.
- Gather market and customer feedback, communicating it back to the company to help refine products and sales strategies.
- Consistent and regular achievements of monthly sales KPI.
What we need from you
- Minimum with SPM/SPTM or equivalent field
- Preferably working experience in Sales role from Tobacco/FMCG industry
- Required language: Malay and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent sales techniques and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as being a good team player
- Quick learning and adaptation skills, able to grasp product knowledge and market
