About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and professional Van Driver to join our operations team in Taman Daya, Johor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our warehousing, storage, and distribution operations. As our Van Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of premium products to our destinations, ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing

Operating and maintaining the company van in excellent, clean, and roadworthy working condition.

Planning and executing delivery routes across Johor to maximize efficiency and meet tight schedules.

Loading and unloading goods carefully, ensuring products are handled safely using proper manual handling techniques.

Delivering products to designated locations within assigned routes accurately and professionally.

Maintaining accurate logs and records of deliveries, vehicle mileage, and fuel consumption.

Ensuring full compliance with Malaysian traffic laws, road regulations, and company driving policies at all times.

Communicating clearly with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery statuses or any unexpected delays.

Performing routine pre- and post-trip vehicle maintenance checks and reporting any mechanical issues promptly.

What We're Looking For

Licensing Essentials: Valid Malaysian driving license (Class D, GDL , and PSV license) with a clean driving record and no active demerit points.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience as a van driver or in a similar commercial delivery role.

Local Knowledge: Strong geographical knowledge of local routes and areas across Johor, or a strong ability to master new routes quickly.

Soft Skills: Excellent time management, organizational skills, and a professional, polite demeanor when dealing with customers.

Physical Fitness: Ability to lift, handle, and transport goods securely.

Reliability: High level of punctuality, accountability, and commitment to attendance.

Bonus: Prior working experience within the food or beverage (F&B) distribution or restaurant supply chain industry is an added advantage.
