This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our warehousing, storage, and distribution operations. What You'll Be Doing

• Operating and maintaining the company van in excellent, clean, and roadworthy working condition.
• Planning and executing delivery routes across Johor to maximize efficiency and meet tight schedules.
• Loading and unloading goods carefully, ensuring products are handled safely using proper manual handling techniques.
• Delivering products to designated locations within assigned routes accurately and professionally.
• Maintaining accurate logs and records of deliveries, vehicle mileage, and fuel consumption.

What We're Looking For

• Licensing Essentials: Valid Malaysian driving license (Class D, GDL , and PSV license) with a clean driving record and no active demerit points.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience as a van driver or in a similar commercial delivery role.
• Local Knowledge: Strong geographical knowledge of local routes and areas across Johor, or a strong ability to master new routes quickly.
• Soft Skills: Excellent time management, organizational skills, and a professional, polite demeanor when dealing with customers.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift, handle, and transport goods securely.
• Reliability: High level of punctuality, accountability, and commitment to attendance.
