Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a UX Manager to lead the UX team and drive user-centred design across multiple platforms. You will own discovery through delivery, mentor designers, and ensure high-quality experiences aligned with business goals.

As Design System Lead, you will govern standards, tokens, and documentation, ensuring accessibility, scalability, and consistency across products while collaborating with product, development, QA, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading UX/UI teams.
Minimum 8 years of experience in UX/UI, Product Design, or Digital Experience Design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and leadership.
Experience governing a Design System including tokens and documentation.
Knowledge of user-centred design methodologies, design thinking, IA, interaction design, usability testing, and accessibility.
Proficiency with Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools.
Strong governance and scalable design processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor UX designers, fostering a high-performance and collaborative design culture.
Manage UX resources, priorities, and project delivery across multiple initiatives.
Oversee UX projects from discovery through delivery, including research, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and validation.
Ensure design quality, accessibility, and alignment with Design System standards across products.
Drive user research, usability testing, and data-informed design improvements.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Own and govern the Design System, including standards, components, tokens, accessibility, and documentation.
Define the Design System roadmap to improve scalability and cross-platform consistency.
Establish governance, reviews, and QA for Design System adoption across products.
Define UX standards and acceptance criteria for accessibility and responsive behavior.
Lead design reviews and align across UX, business, product, tech, and QA stakeholders.
Document and communicate Design System decisions and adoption guidance.
Drive adoption through documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Continuously improve UX practices and delivery effectiveness.
