Job summary

JET Engineering Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a software-focused engineer to design and develop SCADA/HMI apps for utilities and industrial automation. You will craft intuitive interfaces, reusable components and automation tools to streamline engineering tasks.

You will work with Design, Production and Site teams to ensure software meets field requirements, improve usability, and explore AI-enabled improvements within engineering workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in electrical/electronic/computer engineering or CS/SE or equivalent.
• Passion for creating software and solving engineering problems.
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
• Interest in automation, software development and industrial systems.
• Able to understand engineering drawings and translate them into software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop intuitive SCADA/HMI applications for utilities and industrial systems.
• Create operator-friendly HMI layouts and visualization concepts.
• Build reusable HMI templates and components to improve efficiency.
