Job summary

CARSOME is seeking a motivated sales professional in Malaysia to join our team. You will work in a high-energy environment, helping walk-in and website customers, using CARSOME inventory knowledge to match buyers with suitable vehicles, and guiding them from appraisal to test drives and financing.

You will also complete all records for smooth transactions and host live product demonstrations to drive virtual showroom traffic, while selling and sourcing high-quality used cars to meet team targets.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or airline industry preferred.
• Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.
• High level of self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Able to work in a high energy sales environment where you will work as a team to meet goals.
• Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.
• Use your knowledge of CARSOME inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
• Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.
• Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.
• Hosting engaging live product demonstrations and Q&A sessions and drive virtual showroom traffic.
• Selling and sourcing high quality used car to expand our inventory and achieve team sales target.
