CARSOME is seeking a proactive Sales Adviser in Malaysia to engage with walk-in and online customers. You will use our inventory knowledge to pair buyers with suitable vehicles and guide them through the complete sales journey.

You will handle test drives, financing applications, and paperwork, while delivering live product demos and Q&A to drive showroom traffic. Training is provided and prior sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Formación

• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Good listening skills and customer focus.
• Self-motivated with initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Work in a high energy sales environment to meet goals.
• Attend to walk-in and website customer inquiries.
• Use inventory knowledge to assist customers in finding a vehicle.
• Guide customers from sale or appraisal to test drives and financing.
• Complete records and documentation for smooth transactions.
• Host live product demonstrations and Q&A to drive showroom traffic.
• Sell and source high quality used cars to grow inventory and meet team targets.
