Job summary

Carro is hiring a Sales Advisor for its Kuantan used car division. You will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle, build product knowledge, convert inquiries into sales, and follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and in person.

You will arrange test drives, negotiate terms, present financing and warranty options, complete all sales paperwork promptly, and help deliver vehicles while maintaining a welcoming showroom and cultivating long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Experience in automotive sales is preferred. Candidates with sales experience from other industries are also encouraged to apply.
• Passion for sales with a strong drive to achieve targets and earn attractive commissions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
• Possess a valid driving licence and be willing to conduct vehicle test drives.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right used vehicle based on needs and budget.
• Build strong product knowledge on Carro's vehicles, products, and services.
• Convert enquiries into successful sales through professional consultation and relationship building.
• Follow up on leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in customers.
• Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives.
• Negotiate sales and recommend value-added products such as financing, insurance, warranties, and accessories.
• Prepare and complete all sales documentation accurately and promptly.
• Generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth vehicle preparation and timely delivery.
• Maintain showroom presentation and ensure vehicles are clean and display-ready.
• Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
