Job summary

TG Malaysia in Selangor is seeking a focused Debt Collection Officer to manage 80 accounts per day and drive payments. You will discuss repayment schemes and restructuring to reduce arrears, and perform site visits to locate uncontactable borrowers.

Fresh graduates with a Diploma are welcome. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia and MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills are essential for documenting outcomes and reporting progress.

Qualifications
