Cornerstone Global Partners Pte Ltd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a KYC Agent to review customer applications, perform KYC checks, and identify potential fraud, while handling related inquiries. You will work in a fast-paced AML operations environment with rotating shifts including weekends.

Salary is RM2,200/month with KPI incentives up to RM400/month, plus annual leave prorated. This role offers hands-on experience in compliance, risk management, and customer service within a financial services

As a KYC Agent, you will help ensure the integrity and security of financial transactions by reviewing customer applications, performing KYC checks, and identifying potential fraudulent activities. You will also handle customer inquiries and escalations related to KYC issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. This role provides hands-on experience in AML operations and opportunities to develop skills in compliance, risk management, and customer service.

Working Day: 5 days per week (weekend shifts included)

Shift Schedule:

AM Shift : 7 am to 4 pm

PM Shift : 12 pm to 9 pm

GY Shift: 4pm to 1am

Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: RM2,200/month

KPI Incentive: Up to RM400/month

Annual Leave: Prorated (1 month = 1 day of AL)

Key Responsibilities:

Review and verify financial documents such as payslips, bank statements, and income proof for accuracy.

Ensure all checks comply with company procedures and regulatory guidelines (KYD/KYC/AML).

Identify any discrepancies or suspicious documents and elevate for further review.

Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality throughout the review process.
