Cornerstone Global Partners Pte Ltd is seeking a KYC Agent for a 3-month contract in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves verifying customer applications, screening for fraud, and handling KYC inquiries. You will work fully on-site with rotating shifts including weekends and nights.

The position targets candidates with data entry or customer service experience, who are detail-oriented and able to follow procedures. Salary includes base pay plus incentives and allowances, with prorated annual leave.

KYC Agent - 3 Months Contract (Renewable)

Join our operations team as a KYC Agent and play an important role in verifying customer applications, identifying potential fraudulent activities, and ensuring compliance with established procedures. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with experience in data entry or customer service who are looking to gain experience in KYC (Know Your Customer) operations and fraud screening.

Contract Duration: 3 months

Working Arrangement: Fully office-based

Working Hours: Shift-based, with rotation every 2 months

AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

PM Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

GY Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Job Responsibilities

Review and verify customer applications according to established KYC procedures, SOPs, and guidelines.

Identify suspicious or fraudulent transactions and cancel them when necessary to prevent further processing.

Handle customer escalations related to KYC inquiries and application issues.

Respond to customer inquiries accurately and promptly.

Ensure all verification and screening activities comply with internal procedures and requirements.

Maintain accuracy and efficiency when reviewing customer information and processing applications.

Requirements

Preferably have experience in data entry, customer service, or a related role.

Candidates who are not currently studying are preferred.

Able to work fully on-site at Mercu 2, Kuala Lumpur.

Comfortable working on rotating shifts, including weekends and night shifts.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow established procedures.

Good communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: RM2,200 per month

KPI Incentive: Up to RM400 per month, subject to performance and applicable conditions

GY Shift Allowance: RM400, if applicable

Tenure Allowance: RM100 per year of service, capped at RM400 in the fourth year

Annual Leave: Prorated according to the contract duration (1 day per month of service)
