Job summary

LAVU TECH SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. is seeking an Application Technical Support specialist in Cyberjaya/KL to handle Unit Trust applications and WebSphere deployments. You will work on Windows/Unix environments, and provide on-call support to ensure smooth operations.

You will engage in problem investigation, root cause analysis, and collaboration with users and vendors. This role requires teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to work across borders in a dynamic IT setting.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in application support or similar roles.
• Experience with Unit Trust domain and related workflows is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/UNIX scripting and Oracle databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 2 and 3 production support for Unit Trust applications.
• Perform issue investigation, root cause analysis and solution definition.
• Collaborate with users to understand needs and issues, and document improvements.
• Coordinate with vendor on scope, progress and fixes.
• Liaise with cross-border colleagues to ensure seamless support.
