Hong Leong Bank Berhad seeks an experienced IT Support professional to ensure the stability and daily operation of the Avaloq Wealth Management System. You will develop scripts, manage middleware, and translate business needs into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• More than 3 years IT Support experience, ideally within a bank, financial institution, or fintech environment.
• Able to work independently with good communication skills.
• Advanced skill in Java/.NET, MSSQL, UNIX, TOMCAT, Windows scripting.

Responsabilidades

• System Support & Operations: Responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and daily operation of the new Wealth Management System (Avaloq platform).
• Technical Development: Develop and deploy additional scripts as requested by business users, and manage middleware and web server platforms.
• Team & Project Assistance: Assist the Team Lead in managing user requirements, system design, applications development, implementation, production support, and DR BCP/Live Run operations.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a key liaison between business users, technical infrastructure teams, PMO, SMEs, third-party vendors, and outsourcers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Assist the Team Lead in ensuring technical activities strictly comply with Bank standards, IT audit/risk guidelines, and Central Bank regulations.
