Job summary

• Provide Level 2 and 3 production support for Unit Trust applications.
• Investigate problems, identify root causes, define solutions and implement fixes.
• Work with users to understand needs and issues; manage risks and improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors on scope, progress and releases.
