Job summary

6255 UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking Platform Support & Administration professionals to administer and maintain Unified Communications and Contact Center platforms, monitor health, and participate in deployments.

The role requires expertise in CUCM, UCCX/UCCE, Avaya Aura, and Teams Voice, with strong incident management, change delivery, and vendor coordination to ensure high availability and service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise Unified Communications or Contact Center environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release).
• Ability to manage stakeholders and work with vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Platform Support & Administration: Administer and maintain UC and CC platforms; troubleshoot incidents; monitor health and availability.
• Implementation & Change Delivery: Support upgrades, patches, deployments and system migrations; collaborate with teams.
• Operational Support: Manage incidents, changes, and releases; ensure reliability and disaster readiness.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Coordinate with infrastructure, network, security, and external vendors; maintain docs.
• On-Call Support: Participate in standby and after-hours support as needed.
