Job summary

6255 UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Platform Support & Administration professional to maintain Unified Communications and Contact Center platforms, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure service availability.

You will participate in deployments, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and uphold ITIL-aligned processes to deliver reliable communications technology for enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in one or more UC platforms (CUCM, UCCX/UCCE, Avaya Aura).
• Strong knowledge of IP telephony and voice infrastructure.
• Experience in enterprise-grade contact center environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain UC platforms and contact center systems.
• Troubleshoot incidents across system, application, and telephony layers.
• Monitor platform health and manage change deliveries.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for deployments and upgrades.
• Participate in incident, problem, change, and release processes.
