AIG Malaysia Insurance Berhad seeks an Underwriter – Financial Lines to handle renewal and new business within Financial Lines products, including D&O, POSI, PI, Cyber and Crime Insurance. The role emphasizes building strong relationships with brokers, agents and direct clients while complying with underwriting guidelines.

The candidate should have 5+ years of underwriting experience in Financial Lines and a strong command of English.

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree in a related field.
• Good command of English – spoken and written.
• 5+ years of Underwriting experience in Financial Lines, Casualty, FL/Casualty Claims.

Responsibilities

• Renewal and New Business for Financial Lines to meet department budget.
• Comply with underwriting and corporate guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist producers, brokers, agents and direct clients with product enquiries.
• Support marketing activities including brokers meetings, client meetings and training.
