Klinik Medifa Care is seeking an Ultrasonographer/Sonographer to join our healthcare team in Teluk Intan, Perak. You will perform ultrasound examinations, ensure image quality, and provide professional patient care in a clinic setting.

Minimum qualification in Sonography or related field; experience in ultrasound scanning is preferred. You will work independently and as part of a healthcare team, with opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

Perform ultrasound examinations according to physician requests.
Conduct general ultrasound scans and antenatal scanning procedures.
Ensure proper patient preparation, positioning, and comfort throughout the examination.
Produce high-quality ultrasound images for clinical interpretation.
Maintain accurate documentation of ultrasound procedures and patient records.
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of ultrasound equipment.
Work closely with doctors and healthcare team members to support patient diagnosis and care.
Maintain compliance with clinic policies, safety standards, and professional guidelines.
