• Diploma or Degree in Medical Imaging, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, or a relevant recognized qualification.
• Professional registration or certification, where applicable.

• Knowledge of ultrasound procedures, equipment operation, and patient care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform general ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, pelvic, small parts, and other examinations.
• Review patients' clinical history and examination requests to ensure appropriate preparation.
• Operate ultrasound equipment to produce accurate images.
• Ensure patient identification, privacy, dignity, and comfort throughout the examination.
• Assist radiologists during ultrasound-guided procedures where applicable.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging workflow.
