Job summary

Castlery is seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our UK Logistics Operations team, ensuring deliveries run to plan and issues are resolved promptly. You will coordinate daily inbound, outbound, and returns, partner with warehouses and carriers, and support customers through multiple channels.

The role requires 1–2 years in logistics or related fields, strong English communication, and comfort with systems like TMS, WMS, and ERP.

Qualifications

Good command of English, both written and spoken.
1–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, customer service, supply chain, or related environments.
Comfortable coordinating with external vendors, delivery partners, and internal stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm in fast-paced situations.
Customer-focused mindset with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily inbound, outbound, and return deliveries to ensure smooth operations and on-time customer deliveries.
Work with delivery partners, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve delays, exceptions, or issues.
Monitor shipment status and update customers or stakeholders as needed.
Use systems such as NetSuite, TMS, Gladly, and other internal tools for operational tasks.
Assist customers via email, phone, and ticketing systems with clear communication.
Support operational reporting, tracking, and administrative tasks.
Assist with team projects and process improvements to boost efficiency and customer experience.
