Job summary

6255 UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd is seeking a senior EUC/VDI specialist to administrate and optimize enterprise VDI environments, including Horizon, ESXi, and vCenter. You will manage Intune and MECM, handle complex incidents, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform reliability.

The role requires 7+ years in EUC/VDI with strong troubleshooting and production support experience, and it offers a challenging environment within UOB’s technology ecosystem in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of EUC/VDI or Endpoint Infrastructure experience.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise VDI environments.
• Hands-on admin with Horizon/VMware Horizon, ESXi, vCenter, Intune, MECM/SCCM, Defender.
• Strong troubleshooting and enterprise incident management experience.
• Experience with large-scale VDI platforms and platform maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, support, and optimize enterprise VDI environments built on Omnissa Horizon.
• Manage VMware ESXi and vCenter infrastructure for virtual desktop services.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for VDI, endpoint, and security incidents.
• Provide L3/L4 technical support and act as escalation point for production issues.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle: provisioning, software deployment, patching, config mgmt, compliance.
• Administer Intune and MECM/SCCM environments.
• Monitor platform health, performance, and capacity for reliability.
• Support upgrades, migrations, patching, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Participate in after-hours support and major incident response as needed.
• Collaborate with infra, network, security, and app teams to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation and support knowledge bases.
