Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT required or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and end-user computing.
• Experience in ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
• Familiarity with IAM/AD and endpoint security practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, OS, software, and peripherals across nationwide branches.
• Perform routine checks on endpoint devices and business apps to ensure availability.
• Support start-of-day to end-of-day operations for continuous service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents for desktops, printers, scanners, and apps.
• Install, configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, OS, apps, and peripherals.
• Coordinate with vendors for warranty, repairs, and maintenance.
• Assist in system implementation, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Develop and maintain technical docs and SOPs.
• Monitor endpoint health, patches, and security compliance.
• Maintain IT asset records and perform periodic audits.
• Report major incidents and service improvements to management.
• Ensure ITSM and cybersecurity policy compliance.
