Job summary

Pusat Jagaan Ceria Mesra is seeking a dedicated teacher to work with primary school students in Klang. Fresh graduates are welcome and no prior teaching experience is required as guidance will be provided. Candidates should be patient, reliable, and able to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia with basic English.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of SPM, STPM, UEC or equivalent.
• University students, fresh graduates and candidates without prior teaching experience are welcome to apply.
• Teaching experience is an advantage but not compulsory; guidance and training will be provided.
• Ability to teach and guide primary school students with genuine interest in education.
• Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia communication; basic English required.

Responsibilities

• Guide and supervise primary school students in completing homework and exercises.
• Check students' work for completeness and neatness.
• Provide explanations and learning support according to each student's level.
• Assist in teaching Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mathematics and Science.
• Maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment.
• Help students develop good study habits and self-discipline.
• Observe learning progress and daily well-being; communicate concerns as needed.
• Prepare worksheets and teaching resources; work with other teachers for daily operations.

• Report any significant learning or behavioural concerns to the person in charge when necessary.
