Job summary

Lingkaran Trans Kota Sdn. Bhd. (LITRAK) seeks a dedicated Technical Assistant (Engineering – Tunnel) to support maintenance and safety across tunnel infrastructure.

You will monitor civil works, assist in stormwater tunnel management, and coordinate with Traffic, Safety, Toll Operations, and Tunnel Control teams. The role requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily maintenance activities and report progress to the superior.
• Monitor and supervise civil works including tunnel structures, pavement, and related facilities within the Right-Of-Way.
• Ensure timely road closure and reopening for maintenance works.
• Coordinate with Traffic & Safety, Toll Operations, and Tunnel Control teams.
• Support stormwater tunnel operations, including 24-hour emergency response.
• Participate in meetings and assist the superior in project and operational tasks.
• Ensure maintenance work meets time, quality, safety, and budget requirements.
• Conduct preventive maintenance by inspecting tunnel areas, shaft buildings, and facilities.
• Respond to emergency call-outs related to tunnel operations.
