Job summary

Hunters International Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineering graduate to support the Technical Manager. You will coordinate technical docs, review shop drawings with drafters, and liaise with subcontractors for timely submissions on a high-profile Penang LRT infrastructure project.

You will also assist with site queries, maintain as-built data, and ensure all documents align with project specs. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; medical insurance is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with proactive attitude.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous working experience in construction industry will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain technical documentation, including work method statements, technical queries, drawings, design calculations, and other project-related correspondences.
• Coordinate with the Site Team to identify and resolve technical discrepancies, drawing conflicts, and construction-related issues to ensure smooth project execution.
• Liaise with Technical Drafters to prepare, review, and revise shop drawings, technical sketches, and other construction drawings in accordance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with Subcontractors to ensure timely submission of technical documents, shop drawings, and other required materials for review and approval.
• Assist the Technical Executive Engineer in carrying out assigned project-related tasks, technical coordination, documentation, and follow-up activities.
• Liaise with the Site Team to collect, verify, and consolidate as-built data and site information to ensure accurate records of completed construction works.
• Ensure all technical documents and drawings are properly updated, maintained, and aligned with project specifications, approved designs, and construction requirements.
