Job summary

RHB Banking Group's Trustee Operations team in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated Junior Team Member to assist with Will, Wasiat, and Estate services, ensuring accurate administration and timely delivery while upholding confidentiality and professional standards.

You will draft Wills and Wasiat, assist in amendments and finalisation, manage safekeeping of documents, and support audits, reporting to the Unit Head and collaborating with clients, solicitors, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; prior legal/trust administration exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Wills Operations team in delivering customer-focused services.
• Draft Wills and Wasiat documents using approved templates.
• Assist in amendment, review, and finalisation of Will and Wasiat documents.
• Manage safekeeping, maintenance, and retrieval of Will documents.
• Handle client, agent, solicitor, and stakeholder inquiries professionally.
• Participate in meetings and assist in management reporting.
• Support audits and respond to audit inquiries.
