Job summary

Hytech Consulting Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a Treasury Supervisor to lead the fund operations team in Malaysia. You will oversee daily cash and fund operations, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain regulatory compliance across regional activities.

The role requires a finance background with 3–5 years in the financial industry, strong Excel and treasury system skills, and Chinese language proficiency for stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Finance/Accounting is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in the financial industry.
• Strong understanding of cash management, fund operations and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in treasury systems and advanced Excel.
• Proficient written and spoken Chinese for stakeholder communication.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fund and cash management operations.
• Approve fund transactions, reconciliations, and reporting schedules.
• Monitor liquidity, cash positions, and fund allocations.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead preparation of fund and cash reports for management.
• Manage, coach, and evaluate the performance of the fund operations team.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements.

About the Role

As a Treasury Supervisor leads the fund operations team, ensures smooth daily cash and fund operations, accurate reporting, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
