Job summary

Hytech is seeking a Finance Executive Fund in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to join a dynamic team focused on financial integrity and efficient payment operations. You will manage daily reconciliations, PSP interfaces, and payment processes while maintaining strong controls.

This role requires 1–2 years of related experience and a diploma or higher in finance or equivalent. Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is advantageous.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Performdaily bank statement reconciliationand generate necessary payments.
• Manage daily reconciliation between existingPayment Service Providers (PSPs)and platforms, including Transactions and Settlement Reports.
• Maintain active communication with banks as well as new and existing PSPs.
• Manage and optimizepayment process performance and efficiency.
• Maintain strong control over all PSP-related activities.
• Ensure the highest standard of financial integrity is maintained across all operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Educational Background: Must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Analytics, or an equivalent field.
• Experience: At least1–2 years of working experiencein a related field is required, with a preference for candidates from the accounts or financial industry.
• Language Skills: Excellent communication skills inEnglish, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin(Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage due to business requirements).
