NS BlueScope Pte Ltd in Malaysia seeks an experienced Treasury Executive to join the Regional Finance – Treasury team. You will report to the Regional Treasury Manager and manage treasury and payment operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local banking regulations.

The role requires 5+ years in corporate treasury, proficiency in electronic banking and ERP systems, and strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Corporate Treasury or related functions; regional/shared service experience preferred.
• Proficient in electronic banking and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, meticulous and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Cash & Funding Management – Manage cash flow, liquidity, forecasting, borrowing, placements and funding requirements.
• Banking & Treasury Management – Manage bank accounts, banking facilities, trade finance, guarantees, loan documentation and banking relationships.
• FX & Regulatory Compliance – Manage foreign exchange exposures, hedging activities and banking/regulatory compliance.
• Payments & Reconciliation – Oversee end-to-end payments, bank reconciliation and resolution of payment-related issues.
• Reporting & Stakeholder Management – Prepare treasury reports, support audits and drive process improvements in collaboration with business units, banks and Corporate Treasury.

We are looking for an experienced Treasury Executive to join our Regional Finance – Treasury team based in Malaysia.

Reporting to the Regional Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for managing treasury and payment operations, ensuring quality service delivery while maintaining compliance with internal policies and local banking and foreign exchange regulations.

You will also serve as a subject matter expertfor Treasury and Payment processes, supporting stakeholders and driving continuous process improvements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Cash & Funding Management – Manage cash flow, liquidity, forecasting, borrowing, placements and funding requirements.
