Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
• Prepare monthly income and expenditure reports for review.
• Assist in preparing financial summaries and reports for management or committee meetings.
• Monitor and record income through various collection channels.
• Reconcile collection reports against bank statements and accounting records.
• Verify payment requests, invoices and supporting documents.
• Monitor expenses against approved budgets.
