Johor Specialist Hospital is seeking a Finance Assistant to support the Accountant and Finance Manager with reporting, payroll, and administrative tasks. You will prepare financial statements, assist in liaising with auditors, and handle monthly reconciliations.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Accounting or Business and has at least 3 years of experience in a relevant field. Strong knowledge of accounting processes and Excel is essential, along with good communication skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Able to handle financial records accurately.
• Understanding of healthcare compliance and policies.

Responsabilités

• Assist Accountant and Finance Manager in reporting and administration.
• Prepare consultant’s income and departmental profit and loss.
• Perform cash counts and submit reports to Finance Manager.
