Job summary

ViTrox Corporation Berhad in Penang seeks a Technical Support Engineer to deliver hands-on support for vision inspection machine systems at customer sites. You will troubleshoot, install, and optimize equipment and train customers on operation and maintenance.

Travel locally and overseas is expected; collaborate with R&D for product improvements and adapt to long or irregular hours when required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; Diploma/Bachelor/Master in Engineering/Science preferred.

Qualifications

Diploma/Bachelor/Master in Science & Engineering; preferably Electrical & Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical or Computer Science.
1–2 years of customer service and support experience for vision inspection machines is an advantage.
Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to travel.
Own transport and ability to travel when required.
Flexible, responsive, and able to work long or irregular hours when needed.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical support for vision inspection machine systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at customer premises.
Transfer knowledge to customers and sales channel partners on system setup and maintenance.
Collaborate with R&D to drive quality and design improvements based on customer feedback.
