Job summary

ARBA Travel is seeking a dynamic Travel Consultant to provide 5 Stars consultation on itineraries, travel packages, flights, and room availability. You will guide prospects with clear, compelling information via WhatsApp, email or phone.

Join a team that prioritizes responsiveness and high conversion, with opportunities to travel domestically or overseas and access to growth courses, as well as statutory benefits like EPF and SOCSO. Office hours 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with clarity and timing.
• Fast, reliable responses to inquiries and leads.
• Ability to close deals through product knowledge and responsiveness.
• Basic understanding of sales commissions and target-driven work.

Your Mission

• Provide 5 Stars consultation to ARBA Travel’s prospect about itinerary, travel package, flight ticket, room availability and anything they want to know about our travel package
• Keep your conversion high, at ARBA Travel you don’t need to find prospect. We have a robust leads generation plan. Meaning, you just need to focus on giving the best consultation to every leads via Whatsapp, E-mail or phone call

Skillsets & Requirement

• Good in communication : You are good at choosing the right words on the right time to the right person
• Responsive : You don’t like to make people wait for your reply, so you plan your work well in order to be efficient & responsive Travel Consultant
• Closer : You can close deals because of your product knowledge, responsiveness, good communication, and maybe you have talent in closing deals
