Job summary

Sinergia Talents is recruiting a Call Centre Agent (Travel Service) to handle inbound and outbound calls for travelers across Malaysia and Singapore. You will deliver friendly, accurate travel information and resolve inquiries, while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, excellent English, and a shift-based schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English (spoken and conversational).
• 6–12 months of customer service or call centre experience required.
• Education: SPM and above.
• Experience in insurance or travel industries is an advantage (training provided).
• Shift-based schedule availability.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Provide accurate information and solutions to travel-related inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and maintain satisfaction.
• Record interactions and update systems accurately.
