Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Malaysia seeks a Product Specialist – Trauma to drive growth across the Trauma portfolio within the assigned territory. You will engage with orthopaedic surgeons and healthcare professionals, delivering clinical and commercial value through demonstrations and education.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related fields with 1–3 years in pharma/medical devices; fresh Pharmacy graduates are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and provide customer support as required.
• Fresh graduates with a Pharmacy background or relevant healthcare experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing territory plans to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
• Building and maintaining relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, healthcare professionals, hospitals, and stakeholders.
• Providing product demonstrations, clinical support, and in-service education for Trauma portfolio.
• Serving as a subject matter expert for assigned products with knowledge of applications, clinical benefits, and competitive positioning.
• Gathering market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive information to identify opportunities.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support promotional activities, product initiatives, and accounts strategies.
• Managing specialty accounts through engagement, opportunity development, and issue resolution.
