8–10 years in medical device sales, preferably Orthopedics background.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Proven record of hitting targets and growing a territory.

Responsibilities

Own the annual business plan and turn it into clear goals your team can implement.
Drive the Malaysia & Brunei strategy to grow market share and category performance.
Lead and coach a team of 7 direct reports.
Run sales & marketing execution on the ground from strategy to results.
Manage distributor performance and elevate go-to-market execution in selected markets.
Build strong relationships with key accounts and healthcare professionals, including business reviews.
Partner closely with Commercial/Marketing to shape campaigns, pricing, sales processes, and promotions.
Keep everything compliant (healthcare rules, ethical selling) while delivering strong growth.
Proven ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with government agencies and statutory bodies, including SOCSO, JPA, and pension-related institutions.
