Job summary

LX PANTOS MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Planning Executive to assist in planning and coordinating transportation schedules, ensuring timely delivery of goods and meeting customer requirements.

You will determine transport types and liaise with internal teams. You will communicate with customers, suppliers and 3PLs, monitor trucking arrangements, prepares monthly reports, and support service improvements. Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Logistics or truck and haulage.
• Knowledgeable in industrial practice and regulation with good relationship with 3PL
• Strong communication skills especially in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to handle pressure and maintain an optimistic outlook

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring transportation schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve inquiries.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily trucking arrangements to meet customer requirements.
• Liaise with key customers on shipment schedules, service feedback, and improvement plans.
• Monitor transport performance including truck utilization, delivery timelines, and fuel efficiency.
• Prepare monthly reports and performance analysis for management review
