Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Logistics/Transportation Coordinator to develop and optimize routes and schedules, ensuring cost-efficient delivery of goods across Malaysia. You will use a TMS and other software to plan, track, and manage shipments while coordinating with invoicing, admin, store and account teams.

• Minimum qualification: Diploma or equivalent and above.
• Preferable candidate able to speak and understand Mandarin.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transportation activities and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize transportation routes and schedules to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate logistics operations.
• Monitor and analyze transportation performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant software to plan, track, and manage shipments.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
