Jora Malaysia is seeking a Fleet and Transport Coordinator to manage daily transportation activities in Klang Valley, plan routes, schedule vehicles, and optimise loads. You will monitor driver behavior for safety, respond to breakdowns, coordinate repairs, secure fleet assets, and log mileage and feedback in company systems.
Fresh graduates are welcome; a minimum SPM and at least one year of relevant experience are preferred, with own transport and willingness to work at different locations.

Manage and coordinate the daily transportation activities, including route planning, vehicle scheduling, and load optimisation
Monitor driver behavior (idling, speeding, parking) to improve safety and reduce fuel waste.
Respond to breakdowns and accidents, coordinating assistance and reporting incidents.
Manage vehicle repairs by opening and tracking Work Orders with maintenance teams.
Secure and control fleet assets, including keys, fuel cards, and equipment.
Verify vehicle equipment and maintain inventory in line with PDC requirements.
Record mileage, operational data, and public feedback accurately in company systems.
Support compliance with safety regulations and internal operational standards.
To remind drivers about PUSPAKOM’s inspections.
To do any other projects, assignments and tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
Perform additional fleet-related tasks as assigned.
What we're looking for
Minimum SPM in a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience.
Computer knowledgeable (Microsoft Office-Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
Must possess own transport and willing to move around in Klang Valley if required by the job.
Willing and open to work in different locations if there is a need.
Able to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels.
