Job summary

Malaysia Airlines is seeking a Manager, Transformation Management Office to lead digital transformation and strategic initiatives across the enterprise. You will oversee end-to-end programs, ensure governance, and advise senior leadership on technology adoption and measurable business outcomes.

You will partner with business units to prioritise opportunities, translate strategy into a transformation portfolio, and drive innovation through structured problem solving and design thinking.

Qualifications

• Lead Business Transformation Advisory and act as internal Process Excellence consultant.
• Coach units on Lean Six Sigma, BPM, Change Management and CI.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and identify improvements.
• Develop governance for Process Excellence and KPIs.
• Drive governance and lifecycle of improvements.
• Standardise best practices across the organisation.
• Present roadmaps and business cases to senior leadership.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption.
• Degree in a relevant discipline; certifications welcome.
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Prosci, and Design Thinking.
• Experience in transformation programs and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transformation programs with end-to-end governance.
• Drive process improvement initiatives across CX, EX, and OE.
• Facilitate value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and benefits realisation.
• Establish and govern the Process Excellence framework and playbooks.
• Coach and mentor project teams to sustain improvements.
• Provide executive reporting on portfolio performance and risks.
