Job summary

Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a Training Specialist focused on Production Training for the Dipping operations. You will create and improve learning resources, deliver training sessions, and assess learner progress to strengthen skills and operational efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field and at least four years in dipping, compounding, packing, or engineering roles or training.

Job Purpose

Organize, deliver, and assess training activities to strengthen skill development and operational efficiency.

Prepare structured training and evaluation plans aligned with team objectives and learner requirements.

• Possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of the glove dipping process, including key parameters and common abnormalities.
• Demonstrate familiarity with systems currently used in the dipping process
• Identify potential causes of product failures related to the dipping process.
• Perform hands-on task involved in the dipping process.
• Identify and classify glove defects accurately.
