Job summary

Hi-P International in Kulim, Kedah invites a Training Support Specialist to join our operations training team. You will assist in developing and updating training materials and coordinate classroom logistics across departments.

You will co-facilitate training modules, demonstrate equipment and company protocols, and monitor learner progress to provide targeted coaching. You will also maintain attendance records via LMS and help analyze training outcomes for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and updating training materials (manuals, slides, handouts).
• Manage classroom logistics, including equipment setup and virtual platform administration.
• Coordinate training schedules and room bookings across departments.
• Co-facilitate specific training modules under the guidance of the Lead Trainer.
• Conduct practical demonstrations of equipment, software, or company protocols.
• Monitor participant progress and provide one-on-one coaching for those requiring extra assistance.
• Maintain accurate records of training attendance and completion via LMS.
• Administer and grade assessments, quizzes, and practical evaluations.
• Compile feedback surveys and assist in analyzing training performance metrics.
• Authorized to deliver training to production operators and staff.
• Authorized to assess and certify employee competency for specific tasks.
• Recommend retraining, corrective actions, or disciplinary actions to management.
• Access production and quality data for training and improvement purposes.
