Job summary

ITS Management Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Training Sales Executive to drive corporate training sales, manage lead generation, and develop client relationships in a dynamic education and training environment.

The role supports rapid growth, offers a basic salary plus attractive commission, and allows flexible hours with a standard 5-day workweek (full- or half-day options). Ideal for fresh graduates with good IT and communication skills.

Training Sales Executive (Full- or Half-day)

Established in 1998, ITS Management Sdn. Bhd. (formerly ITS Learning Center) is a Malaysian training institute specializing in corporate training for small and medium-sized businesses. Recognized for excellence with awards such as the Human Resources Minister Award (2017) and the Sin Chew Education Award (2018), ITS Management later expanded into e-commerce courses, becoming an Alibaba Dream Trip Partner.

Through collaborations with educational institutions in China, the company offers digital e-commerce training programs. In 2020, ITS became an authorized channel partner of the Alibaba GDT Network, reinforcing its commitment to nurturing digital talent in Malaysia. In 2025, we officially partnered with Alibaba Global Initiatives to organize and promote its signature programs for senior management. That same year, ITS also received the Certificate of Appreciation - Key Stakeholder (Training Provider) 2025 from Ministry of Human Resources (Kesuma Melaka).

To support our rapid growth, we are now seeking a suitable candidate to join us as a Training Sales Executive.

Criteria:

Min Diploma / Degree in any fields

Possess good computer application skills

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Detailed job scopes will be discussed during interview. No working experience is required. Ideal candidates should possess good IT, communication, organization and time management skills. On-the-job training will be provided.
