Job summary

Safety Professional Solutions Sdn Bhd – Petaling, Malaysia is seeking a motivated Training Coordinator to support our training and consultancy activities. You will organise schedules, manage customer records, and coordinate with trainers and clients to ensure smooth delivery.

The role requires a proactive, detail-focused individual with strong communication skills and the ability to handle documentation, insurance and government submissions related to HRD Corp eTRIS.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM; diploma or degree in related fields preferred.
• Experience in training coordination, customer service or sales support.
• Strong task/time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proactive, accountable with ownership from start to completion.
• Good communication via phone, WhatsApp, email and virtual platforms.
• Detail-oriented with accurate quotations and CRM records.
• Able to learn HubSpot CRM, SQL Account System and SPS systems.
• Ability to follow SOPs and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process quotations, invoices, purchase orders and related documents.
• Maintain HubSpot CRM and customer records with required follow-ups.
• Proactively follow up enquiries, quotations, payments and actions to completion.
• Coordinate HRD Corp eTRIS submissions and other government training submissions.
• Plan training schedules, trainers, venues, materials, registrations and logistics.
• Maintain Training Management System and training records up to date.
• Communicate professionally with clients, trainers and SPS team.
• Support customer service, marketing campaigns and events.
• Assist with SPS SOP implementation and process improvements.
