Job summary

Lancesoft APAC is seeking a Training Coordinator to oversee the planning and delivery of training programs across Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam. You will partner with business units and clients to ensure programs run smoothly and in compliance with HRDC/HRD Corp requirements.

The role requires 1–3 years in Training/ Learning & Development or HRBP roles, strong project management, and experience with LMS platforms. Excellent English communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in Malaysia HRDC / HRD Corp training management.
• 1–3 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or HRBP roles preferred.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Experience with LMS / Learning Platforms is an advantage.
• Good understanding of training administration, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, time-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate smooth implementation of training programs across Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.

• Manage New Hire Orientation and Mandatory Training programs.
• Coordinate and maintain documentation required for internal and external training audits.
• Drive adoption and usage of the Genome Learning Platform and assist employees with day-to-day platform-related issues.
• Facilitate and coordinate regional and centrally driven training programs and activities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and resolve training-related queries.
• Ensure effective coordination, scheduling, communication, and follow-up for training programs.
